About Me

Hello there! Thanks for visiting Sex and the Stacks! 

I'm currently a junior attending college in New York City.  If life was summer vacation I'd spend my days cooking, watching/playing sports, going to museums, exploring new restaurants, thrift shopping, and spending lots time with my friends, family, and dogs (aka family).  But, since the majority of the time I'm at school that list quickly shortens to, a) doing work in the library, and b) spending time with my friends.  I love it! But, there's always that seemingly unavoidable obstacle to pure happiness: boys. 

Throughout college, my friends and I have spent hours trying to explain and figure out what to do in countless situations with all different types of boys. This blog stems from those conversations and knowing just how crucial they are to surviving the college dating world, where there are really no rules. I'm sharing this advice in the hopes of helping us all get through this (rather unfortunate) time in our romantic lives as women.

However, I’m not a psychologist and every relationship is different and relative. These are just my own opinions from my own experiences with men.  I encourage you to trust your gut and use my input as part of an ongoing conversation with the people you love and trust.
